2. Use of the Website & EU Regulatory Compliance

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with all EU and national cannabinoid regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wholesale account and password.

You must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its proper functioning. Unauthorized access or use, especially concerning sensitive product information or wholesale order processing, is strictly prohibited.

All transactions must be conducted in accordance with your business license(s) and the laws of your operating jurisdiction within the EU.

We reserve the right to verify your business license, VAT registration, and compliance status at any time, and may require additional documentation.

Risk of loss and title for the products pass to the buyer upon shipment from our facility, unless otherwise specified in a formal wholesale agreement.

Wholesale customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable EU and national laws regarding the purchase, import, distribution, and use of our cannabinoid products, including any Novel Food regulations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your wholesale order to the licensed business address you provide. We are not responsible for delays or damage during shipping once products leave our facility, provided we have met our shipping obligations and used a compliant carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary significantly depending on international customs clearances, EU regulatory inspections, and carrier logistics. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

We use secure, compliant, and reliable shipping partners experienced in sensitive cargo to ensure your wholesale order arrives safely and discreetly.

Shipping costs, compliance documentation fees, and options will be presented at checkout or in your formal wholesale quote.

We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs caused by customs, import/export regulations, regulatory inspections, or force majeure events. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure import compliance and proper licensing for their region.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the highly regulated nature of cannabinoid products and for reasons of integrity and safety, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a verifiable quality defect or error on our part. Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via our contact form or by email, with detailed photographic evidence and supporting documentation.

Approved returns, if applicable and compliant with EU regulations, will be refunded or replaced upon our receipt and thorough inspection of returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.

Refunds do not include original shipping charges or any customs/duties unless the return is solely due to our error or product non-compliance at the point of origin. 7. Refund Policy

Approved refunds for wholesale orders will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of any returned items or confirmation of an eligible refund scenario.

For verified damaged goods or non-compliant product, we offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund at our discretion, following a thorough investigation.

Partial shipments or discrepancies in wholesale orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for refund consideration and investigation.

Refunds typically do not include original shipping charges unless the return or issue is solely due to our error or a product non-compliance issue from our end.

For large bulk orders or custom cannabinoid formulations, specific refund terms will be detailed in the individual wholesale sales agreement.

8. Cancellation Policy

Wholesale orders may be cancelled without penalty within 4 hours of placement.

Orders cancelled between 4-24 hours after placement will incur a 10% processing fee to cover administrative and initial logistical costs.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipping are subject to a 25% cancellation fee to compensate for processing and inventory allocation.

Orders that have entered the shipping process cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy if applicable.

For custom or large bulk wholesale orders, specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the individual contract and may differ from this standard policy.

9. Intellectual Property
